Infused Sour Black Cherry Gummies

How to make THC Infused Sour Black Cherry Gummies

Cannabis infused gummies are discreet, easy to dose, and fairly simple to make at home. In this recipe we kick it up a notch and make our infused sour black cherry gummies "sour" for flavor and fun.

2 black cherry cannabis infused gummies
Total Time Needed: 30 minutes

Required Tools:

- Saucepan
- Gummie molds
- Spoon

Ingredients Needed

- 1 large box (6 oz/170g) of flavored gelatin
- 3 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp. citric acid
- 1/2 tsp. lecithin
- Your product (GrowHealthy’s Cindy White Raw distillate used)

The Process

Step 1: Add water and corn syrup to saucepan
In a saucepan, add water and corn syrup. Stir until mixed.
Step 2: Add Jello and gelatin
Add Jello and unflavored gelatin, mix in gently.
Step 3: Bloom
Allow to bloom for 15 minutes. Blooming is when the gelatin absorbs liquid and expands.
Step 4: Heat saucepan
Heat saucepan on low until gelatin dissolved, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Add citric acid and lecithin
Add in citric acid and lecithin, and gently stir until mixed.
Step 6: Clarify gelatin
Clarify gelatin, if desired. Clarifying is removing any froth from the surface.
Step 7: Add product
Add product and mix well.
Step 8: Pour into molds
Pour the gelatin into the molds.
Step 9: Allow to set
Allow to set one hour or until firm.
Step 10: Store
Store in an airtight container in fridge.
